As a Workspace Administrator, you will fulfill a dynamic role in which you provide both technical and advisory support to various aspects of our digital work environment.
Technical Support
Providing technical support to workstations, laptops, mobile devices and meeting rooms.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.
Advisory role
Acting as an advisor to internal customers (colleagues) in the field of technological solutions and improvements.
Help Desk Management
Daily handling of the helpdesk mailbox, incidents and changes to ensure fast and effective support.
Hybrid Environment Management
Perform day-to-day management tasks in our hybrid environment, including O365, Azure AD, Active Directory, software distribution, Intune, Lansweeper, SharePoint, SentinelOne, Apple Business Manager, and more.
Installation and Configuration
Install and configure workstations, peripherals and software to create an optimal user experience.
Hardware management
Dispensing, installing, replacing, and repairing hardware, such as laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Monitor and manage hardware inventory and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Monthly Server Maintenance
Perform monthly server maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
Service Desk Support
Providing 1st and 2nd line incident support to ensure smooth operation of the service desk.
Technical Skills
·Basic knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, O365.
·Experience with PowerShell, Exchange Admin Center.
·Certification: MCSA/MSCE.
ICT Training and Knowledge
·Minimum MBO 4 diploma in ICT.
Communication Skills
·Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
·Team player with empathy and self-confidence.
