Outside Sales - Field Account Representative

 

Location: Netherlands

The Field Account Representative is responsible and accountable to position TTI to be preferred with their assigned or new customers within their defined territory or region. A preferred status allows TTI to participate in all activities to create, expand and defend sales through active participation in quotes, engineering, and supply chain opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

 

  • In your role you are responsible for selling company products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory
  • You penetrate and secure new businesses in order to expand the customer base and increase potential sales
  • You consult the customers and find the best solution in our portfolio
  • You continuously collaborate with the customer's purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs
  • The maintenance of market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts is your responsibility too
  • Close collaboration with TTI internal resources is part of your daily business
  • This role requires a Home Office

 

What you bring to us:

 

  • You are a university or technical college graduate or have equivalent experience
  • During several years of sales experience, you have gained solid knowledge of the electronic component industry and its products and services
  • Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage
  • You can work independently and have good analytical and sales methodology skills
  • As a team player, you excel with your outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • MS Office applications, especially Excel, are your best friends
  • Good Dutch and English knowledge
  • You are willing to travel locally
