About the job:
We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures for CURGOAL HTC and Brightlands content & marketing team. 

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. You aim to connect easily to people and be the glue of the organization. 

Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

About You: 
You are creative, ambitious and eager to learn with a commercial attitude. You have excellent communication skills (spoken & written) both in Dutch and English, strongly and confidently. You can work in a team and autonomously.

Your Skills: 

• Bachelor or Marketing, Administration or equivalent by experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Experience in administration duties and planning of appointments.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• You are well-organized, structured and have an eye for detail.
• Relevant work experience and open to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
