We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires working in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product: write and maintain code for various MindYourPass products ranging from web applications, web extension, data analytics, and/or mobile applications.
• Lead design review: participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
• Code review: Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices / high quality code. 
• Documentation:  Contribute to existing documentation and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback.
• Issue management: Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing sources of issues and their impact on the overall MindYourPass eco-system.

What we expect from you:

• Experienced Software Engineer: Proven expertise in software development
• Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, python, and/or mobile app development. While we don't expect candidates to know everything, we value his/her ability and ambition to continuously improve their skills and knowledge over time.
• Possession of an EU work visa, EU citizenship, or the right to work within the EU.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related field.
• We value versatility, leadership qualities, and enthusiasm for taking on new problems across the full-stack.
• Reliable and collaborative team player.
• Self-starter, “can-do” attitude.
• Genuinely care about the software quality you produce.
• Ownership of your work and can work independently.
• Curiosity and innovation: desire to learn new things and innovate to build a great end-to-end customer experience.

• Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to effectively convey ideas and participate in technical discussions.
• Professional level of English proficiency. Dutch language skills at B2 level or higher are a plus.
• Prefer candidates who live in the Eindhoven area.
