Software QA Engineer

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires working in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing test scenarios to ensure software usability and functionality.
• Analyzing test results to identify defects, bugs and usability issues.
• Maintaining various device configurations for testing and bug reproducibility purposes.
• Preparing detailed reports on test outcomes and communicating findings to the development team.
• Automating repetitive and manual testing tasks to improve efficiency.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements and potential issues.

What we expect from you:

• Passion for high-quality software and engineering excellence.
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Working knowledge of programming and test techniques. Our stacks include vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, Python, Kotlin, and Swift. While we don't expect candidates to know everything / nor to produce product code, we value his/her ability and ambition to continuously improve their skills and knowledge over time.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Reliable and collaborative team player.
• Self-starter, “can-do” attitude.
• Ownership of your work and can work independently.
• Eager to grow in the company. We are growing rapidly. Many opportunities for you to grow too.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional level of English proficiency. Dutch language skills at B2 level or higher are a plus.
• Possession of an EU work visa, EU citizenship, or the right to work within the EU.
• Prefer candidates who live in the Eindhoven area.
