We are proud and honored that the Royal family will visit High Tech Campus Eindhoven on Tuesday 27 April. To guarantee a safe King's Day, strict security measures apply around this day. These measures will affect working on the Campus on Monday April 26 and Tuesday April 27. Below is an overview of the most important points for attention.

GENERAL REQUEST ON MONDAY APRIL 26 AND TUESDAY APRIL 27:

• Work from home as much as possible and only come to the Campus for critical business activities.

ADDITIONAL MEASURES ON MONDAY APRIL 26:

• All facilities in The Strip (HTC 1) and the restaurants in HTC 5 are closed. Lunch is possible at the Foodlab (square with Food trucks, next to The Strip).
• The Campus is normally accessible to work for Campus employees and companies, with the exception of the following buildings: The Strip (HTC 1), HTC 5 and HTC 6. All entrance gates to the site are open and all parking garages (with the exception of P4 West ) are accessible.
• IMPORTANT: Employees from HTC 1, HTC 5 and HTC 6 who need to be in their building on Monday for business-critical activities should register as soon as possible via: hilde.de.vocht@hightechcampus.com with name, building number, company and email address.
  
  People on this list gain access to their building through the following procedure:
  >Use parking garage P0
  >Go for a corona (rapid) test in HTC 7
  >Go for accreditation in HTC 6A
  >Then go directly to the building

ADDITIONAL MEASURES ON TUESDAY APRIL 27:

• IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND KINGSDAY ON CAMPUS LIVE.
• All entrance gates to the Campus are closed, with the exception of the “Dommelpoort” (close to Professor Holstlaan) for employees in buildings (1 - 48) and N2/A2 gate (close to highway) for employees in buildings (51 - 97).
• The entrance gates to the site cannot be opened on this day with the Campus badge.
• There will be strict access control at the “Dommel” gate and "A2/N2" gate by Campus security and the police.
• The Campus is only accessible for Campus employees in business-critical processes.
  
  
• IMPORTANT: procedure for working in buildings HTC 1 - 48 (Campus North)
  Employees in buildings HTC 1, HTC 5, HTC 6, HTC 27, HTC 33, HTC 34 and HTC36 who need to be on site on Tuesday for business-critical processes must register as soon as possible via: hilde.de.vocht@hightechcampus.com with name, building number, company and email address.
  
  People on the list gain access to their building through the following procedure:
  >Entrance via "Dommelpoort" (all vehicles)
  >Show High Tech Campus badge (+ ID)
  >Use parking garage P0
  >Go for a corona (rapid) test in HTC 7
  >Go for accreditation in HTC 6A
  >Walk directly to the building

• Employees from the other buildings who have to be on site on Tuesday for business-critical activities do not need to report in advance to the above email address and can access their building by means of the following procedure:

>Entrance via "Dommelpoort" (all vehicles)
>Show High Tech Campus badge (+ID)
>Park in any parking garage (except P4 West)
>Walk directly to the building after parking

• IMPORTANT: procedure for working in buildings HTC 51 - 97 (Campus South)
  Employees who need to be on site on Tuesday for business-critical processes must register as soon as possible via: hilde.de.vocht@hightechcampus.com with name, building number, company and email address.
  
  People on the list gain access to their building through the following procedure:
  >Entrance via A2/N2 gate (between 7.00 - 9.30 or after 15.00)
  >Show High Tech Campus badge (+ ID)
  >Park in parking garage at the Southside
  >Walk directly to the building

BELANGRIJKE INFORMATIE OVER MAATREGELEN KONINGSDAG

We zijn trots en vereerd dat het Koninklijk gezin op dinsdag 27 april High Tech Campus Eindhoven zal bezoeken. Om een veilige Koningsdag te garanderen, gelden er rondom deze dag strikte veiligheidsmaatregelen. Deze maatregelen zijn van invloed op het werken op de Campus op maandag 26 april en dinsdag 27 april. Zie hieronder een overzicht van de belangrijkste aandachtspunten:

ALGEMEEN VERZOEK OP MAANDAG 26 APRIL EN DINSDAG 27 APRIL:

• Werk zoveel mogelijk vanuit huis en kom alleen naar de Campus voor bedrijfs-kritische activiteiten.

AANVULLENDE MAATREGELEN OP MAANDAG 26 APRIL:

• Alle faciliteiten in The Strip (HTC 1) en de restaurants in HTC 5 zijn gesloten. Lunch is mogelijk op het Foodlab (plein met Foodtrucks, naast The Strip).
• De Campus is normaal toegankelijk om te werken voor Campus medewerkers en bedrijven met uitzondering van de volgende gebouwen: The Strip (HTC 1), HTC 5 en HTC 6. Alle toegangspoorten tot het terrein zijn open en alle parkeergarages (met uitzondering van P4 West) zijn toegankelijk.
• BELANGRIJK: medewerkers uit de gebouwen HTC 1, HTC 5 en HTC 6 die op maandag voor bedrijfs-kritische processen op locatie moeten zijn, dienen zich zo spoedig mogelijk aan te melden bij: hilde.de.vocht@hightechcampus.com met naam, gebouwnummer, e-mail adres en bedrijf.
  
  Personen op de lijst krijgen door middel van de volgende procedure toegang tot hun gebouw:
  >Parkeren in parkeergarage P0
  >Afnemen van een corona (snel)test in HTC 7
  >Vervolgens accreditatie in HTC 6A
  >Daarna rechtstreeks doorlopen naar gebouw

AANVULLENDE MAATREGELEN OP DINSDAG 27 APRIL:

• HET IS VOOR PUBLIEK NIET MOGELIJK OM KONINGSDAG OP DE CAMPUS LIVE BIJ TE WONEN.
• Alle toegangspoorten tot de Campus zijn gesloten, met uitzondering van de Dommelpoort (vlakbij Professor Holstlaan) voor medewerkers in gebouwen HTC 1-48  en A2/N2 poort (vlakbij snelweg) voor medewerkers in de gebouwen HTC 51-97.
• De toegangspoorten tot het terrein zijn op deze dag niet te openen met de Campus badge.
• Er zal een strenge toegangscontrole zijn bij de Dommelpoort en A2/N2 poort door Campus bewaking en politie.
• De Campus is alleen toegankelijk voor Campus medewerkers die werkzaam zijn in bedrijfs-kritische activiteiten.
  
  
• BELANGRIJK: werken in gebouwen HTC 1 - 48 (Campus Noord)
  Medewerkers uit de gebouwen HTC 1, HTC 5, HTC 6, HTC 27, HTC 33, HTC 34 en HTC36 die op dinsdag voor bedrijfs-kritische processen op locatie moeten zijn, dienen zich zo spoedig mogelijk aan te melden bij: hilde.de.vocht@hightechcampus.com met naam, gebouwnummer, e-mail adres en bedrijf.

Personen op deze lijst krijgen door middel van de volgende procedure toegang tot hun gebouw:
>Melden bij de Dommelpoort (alle voertuigen)
>Tonen High Tech Campus badge (mogelijk ook legitimatie)
>Parkeren in parkeergarage P0
>Afnemen van een corona (snel)test in HTC 7
>Vervolgens accreditatie in HTC 6A
>Daarna rechtstreeks doorlopen naar gebouw

• Medewerkers uit de overige gebouwen die op dinsdag voor bedrijfs-kritische processen op locatie moeten zijn, hoeven zich vooraf niet te melden bij bovengenoemd e-mailadres en krijgen door middel van de volgende procedure toegang tot hun gebouw:

>Melden bij de Dommelpoort (alle voertuigen)
>Tonen High Tech Campus badge (mogelijk ook legitimatie)
>Parkeren in willekeurige parkeergarage (m.u.v. P4 West)
>Daarna rechtstreeks doorlopen naar gebouw

• BELANGRIJK: werken in gebouwen HTC 51 - 97 (Campus Zuid)
  Medewerkers die op dinsdag voor bedrijfs-kritische processen op locatie moeten zijn, dienen zich zo spoedig mogelijk aan te melden bij: hilde.de.vocht@hightechcampus.com met naam, gebouwnummer, e-mail adres en bedrijf.

Personen op deze lijst krijgen door middel van de volgende procedure toegang tot hun gebouw:
>Melden bij de A2/N2 poort (snelweg)
>Tonen High Tech Campus badge (mogelijk ook legitimatie)
>Parkeren in willekeurige parkeergarage
>Daarna rechtstreeks doorlopen naar gebouw
