High Tech Campus Eindhoven introduces a new brand identity, marking the next chapter in the development of the Campus. The new identity reflects its positioning as the ‘Homebase for breakthrough technology and innovation’ and supports the Campus’ continued growth as one of Europe’s leading high-tech ecosystems. The updated brand includes a new logo, a visual identity and brand narrative.
Inspired by Europe’s smartest square kilometer
At its core, the identity is based on a visual concept inspired by the Campus as Europe’s smartest square kilometer: a square forms the foundation, surrounded by a three-dimensional cube, together symbolizing breakthrough. The promise, ‘Homebase for breakthrough technology and innovation’, reinforces the Campus as a place that combines a strong sense of community with cutting-edge innovation.
Reflecting the Campus’ ambition and unique ecosystem
CEO Otto van den Boogaard and Director Ecosystem Management Hilde de Vocht reflect on the new brand and what it represents for the Campus. “This new, fresh identity reflects our ambition to further develop the Campus as one of the leading Campuses in Europe. We are at a pivotal moment, as the importance of technological developments is more important than ever. It’s our mission to support the most ambitious technology companies and institutes in their success and growth through our Campus environment, spaces and services. This new brand identity takes the appearance of HTCE to the next level,” says Otto van den Boogaard. “After more than 12 years, the time was right to evolve our brand. This identity captures what makes our Campus truly unique: a place where breakthrough technology and collaboration come together every day. It allows us to express that more clearly, consistently and with greater impact across everything we do,” adds Hilde de Vocht.
Bringing the new brand to life across Campus and online
The new brand identity was developed in close collaboration with branding agency Verve, following an extensive process involving Campus stakeholders. The branding is now being rolled out across the Campus and online, from a brand-new website developed with digital agency iO Digital to updated signage and new Campus merchandise. In addition, a new content series, “Homebase Stories”, highlights Campus residents who share what makes the Campus their homebase. Together, these elements bring the brand to life and create a more unified and recognizable experience for Campus residents and visitors.
