She combines over 18 years of corporate experience at GE and ABN AMRO with 8+ years as an entrepreneur and Fractional COO, helping startups bring structure, strategy, and focus to their growth. Tessa is an active angel investor and has invested in startups across Europe. Passionate about closing the funding gap, she mentors founders, invests in early-stage companies, and speaks to inspire more people—especially women—to become angel investors.
