Let us connect and share experiences in the high-tech industry. Project managers from companies like ASML, VDL, Sioux, Thermofischer, etc. will share their knowledge during this evening with each other.

The intention of our network is to get to know each other, to share experiences and learn from each other. The theme for the next event will be Intervision: a way to learn from each other. Last time this event was a big success because it gave new insights to real live situations that some projectmanagers had to deal with.

Short explanation: A project manager prepares a case in the domain of “ soft skills”, like an issue he/she has with leading or motivating people, with your stakeholders, with team members, conflict management etc. It’s not about the hard skills like how to make an MS project planning. Case should be a real-life case, from your day-to-day practice. A team of peers will help you, by asking questions and asking more in-depth questions, in such a way that it makes you aware of the real problem, how you acted so far, it makes you think and reflect.

The peers only ask questions, no solutions yet. Only after several rounds of questions, your peers will analyse your situation and will each give their advice. At the end, you as a PM decide which solution is best for you. An Intervision session will only be effective if one project manager prepares, like what’s the situation, who’s involved, what’s going on, what did you do so far.
