- Owned and managed core HRIS system functions, including process configurations and organizational architecture (cost centers, supervisory structures, and related hierarchies), ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date system setup across the business.
- Generated recurring and ad‑ hoc HR reports to support leadership decision-making, compliance audits, and workforce planning.
- Maintained, updated, and troubleshot HRIS systems, improving data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and issue resolution.
- Supported system releases, enhancements, and testing cycles, ensuring smooth deployment and successful integration with payroll, finance, and other business systems.
- Provided technical support and delivered training to HR staff and employees, increasing system adoption and reducing support requests.
- Ensured HR data compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and security standards through consistent monitoring and documentation.
- Lead and supported HRIS projects, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and system integrations to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Who we are looking for ?
- Someone with bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years+ experience in functional system ownership, Workday is preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, HR processes (benefits, recruitment, payroll, workforce management), is preferred.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to train staff and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Proactive and eye for detail.
- Quick learner and can work independently.
- Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): HRIS (Workday) certifications.
