Core duties

We're looking for a new colleague to join our enthusiastic production team! We're looking for someone with experience operating our SMD machines (MyCronic) and the associated preparation software. You'll have the opportunity to develop yourself and further develop your knowledge. Whether you're just starting out or have extensive experience, we offer plenty of opportunities.

The core tasks and responsibilities of the SMT Operator include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

• Operating SMD machines;
• Perform work preparation: enter products into the software and load feeders;
• Assembling components and PCBs;
• Support colleagues where necessary;​
• Carry out any soldering work (preferred).

Job requirements

Possess the desired communication and social skills such as listening, asking questions, involvement, empathy and a dose of ambition.

• Experience with SMD machines (preferably MyCronic/MyData) or the willingness to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of electronic components and PCBs and preferably a relevant technical education.​
• Experience with work preparation, such as entering products into software and loading feeders.
• Accuracy and an eye for quality, so that assembly and commissioning proceed without errors.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, who supports colleagues and is flexible.
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language and good oral and written expression skills.
