Your Role

As a Sales Support Employee, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team and facilitating smooth operations between our customers, suppliers, and logistics partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Coordinating import/export processes and deliveries with logistics partners and warehouses.
• Managing inventory and updating customer forecasts.
• Creating monthly reports and performance summaries.
• Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and our headquarters in Japan.

Who You Are

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who meets the following criteria:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role and (preferably) industry.
• Experience in using ERP systems for sales, order, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A precise, organized, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic components or willing to learn (a significant advantage).

• Competitive salary: €3,000-3,500+ per month (based on experience).
• Commuting allowance: €0.23/km.
