What are you going to do?

The role of HR business partner within Demcon is a broad role in which you have many varied tasks and responsibilities. This includes the complete employee journey. You are jointly responsible for the intake, onboarding, advising on absenteeism cases, supervising the assessment round, advising on talent development and being visible to the employees of the Eindhoven branch.

• You are part of the MT and an advisor and sparring partner for the management of the companies you are responsible for. You support them in realizing their strategy at the intersection of people and business and you are a solid discussion partner on both an operational and strategic level.

• You create and implement the HR plan and ensure that it is further developed. You work closely with the business to meet each other's mutual needs.

• You help managers with HR-related questions about, for example, salaries, contracts, leave and absenteeism. You give advice and ensure the right follow-up.

• You work closely with recruitment, after all, you know what is going on within the companies, you are also closely involved in recruitment and selection and recruitment events.

• In addition, you will also have an active contribution to the overarching HR projects, which you will carry out together with the HR colleagues from other locations, such as leadership, talent management and the HR dashboard.

What do you bring to the table?

• You have a college or master's degree in the field of HR;

• You have at least 6 years of experience as an HR business partner;

• You have a positive attitude, communicate clearly in both Dutch and English, work accurately and are people-oriented;

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
