Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for structuring, directing, and monitoring the projects and processes taking place at Fonontech. You ensure that these are completed within the agreed timeframe, monitored closely and delivered within budget. All while maintaining the expected level of quality. These projects and processes focus on the development of new process applications and the creation of tools to implement these new processes.

You serve as the key link between various teams, including R&D, Process Development, Electrical, Software, and Mechatronics Engineering, ensuring that the production of complete systems is delivered on time.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Creating, implementing, and aligning project plans with relevant stakeholders;
• Coordinating all activities within the project;
• Ensuring clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients;
• Managing budgets;
• Identifying and managing risks;
• Providing reporting, dashboards, and stand-ups for various teams, and preparing progress reports for management and stakeholders.

By effectively managing these projects and processes, you make a significant contribution to the growth of Fonontech.

About you

As a Project Manager, you have experience initiating and successfully delivering of complex projects in innovative environments, preferably in the manufacturing industry where mechanics and electronics intersect. You are a team player with strong communication skills who knows how to bring people together. You foster a positive working atmosphere, ensure clear roles, and encourage collaboration.

With your strong oversight of projects and processes, you know how to bring the right people together at the right time to facilitate timely decision-making, ensuring optimal progress.

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a similar field
• Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics
• At least 5 years of experience leading innovative projects
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
