Deep-tech startup inPhocal has developed a new optical technology for laser marking in industrial production lines. The inPhocal technology is the only of its kind in the world. To support our growth, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our team and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes.

What you’ll do:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations from end to end. This includes managing the total cost of ownership (TCO), ensuring high supplier and customer performance standards, and driving efficiency improvements across the entire process. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations are cost-effective, reliable, and scalable as we grow. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supply chain operations, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies and processes
• Source and manage vendor relationships, negotiating terms to secure favorable costs and timelines
• Oversee inventory control, including demand forecasting and stock level management
• Coordinate logistics and distribution, ensuring timely delivery to clients and partners
• Track key performance metrics to evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness, from supplier to customer
• Collaborate with the product development team to manage inventory requirements for new product launches
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, maintaining business continuity in case of disruptions
• Manage and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing or technology sectors
• Proven experience with ERP systems and supply chain software (Odoo is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a startup environment
• Knowledge of laser marking or related manufacturing processes is a plus
