Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) to join our Eindhoven team and make a real impact on how we grow, engage, and empower our people. You’ll be the go-to HR partner for business leaders, helping shape strategies around talent, performance, and culture. Responsibilities 

• Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on people strategies, policies, and processes. 
• Support managers on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. 
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational changes. 
• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive strategic talent initiatives. 
• Collaborate with cross functional departments on recruitment, learning, compensation, and other HR programs. 
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance. 

Job Requirements

• Several years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, ideally in a fast-growing or technology-focused organization. 
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee relations, performance management, and talent development. 
• Experience supporting managers and teams across multiple functions. 
• Proficiency with HR systems and tools. 
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
