We get excited about creating opportunities for impact-driven emerging tech startups to conquer the world and make it a healthier, happier place for all.

As our Content & Community manager you will be in charge of the coordination, creation and distribution of all sorts of content – text, audio, video and graphics - to inform, excite and grow our community. We invest, we connect, we support, we explore; our community is massively important to us.

You – our expert -  will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the LUMO Labs content calendar and all related channels such as social media (currently predominantly Linkedin), our website, stakeholder presentations and news media outreach.

You will work closely with the two founding partners of LUMO Labs to align your planning and priorities with the overall strategy and execution. You will also work closely with the LUMO Labs office manager to make sure you are in the loop and up to date on (upcoming) events, meetings and the onboarding of new startups and/or team members.

When needed you will liaise with (other) content creators such as copywriters, photographers, graphic designers and developers to make sure you have the content you need (on brand, on point and on time) to inform, excite and grow our community.

Periodically you will check-in with one of the LUMO Labs domain experts on marketing and communication for brainstorming and evaluation.

In addition to managing the content and community for the LUMO Labs brand and organization you will support our portfolio startups setting up and executing their content and community management. What, when and how will be discussed between you, the venture advisors and the founders per individual case. Sometimes this will be just for a couple of weeks to get them started. Some startups may need your support for a longer period.

Previous working experience at a digital marketing or PR agency would be a definite plus, as would having (basic) graphic design skills. But even if you don’t have this, we would still be very interested in meeting you if you tick all of the boxes below:
