Former Philips Research building, HTC 12, is focused on “Start” and offers no-nonsense lab and office space. Building HTC 27 houses various companies that provide support services to start-ups and scale-ups. Building 29 “Scale” houses companies that have succeeded the first phase and are growing in maturity and volume. Facilities such as ICT, cleaning and security are included in all buildings and residents share an entrance with video reception.

The true power of High Tech Plaza is the community and the direct access to the Campus and Brainport ecosystem. Several dozen start-ups and scale-ups are already using the space and facilities, working together and encouraging each other to take the next growth step. In addition, the Campus has a “High Tech XL venture building program” in place for the community, which supports and accelerates the building of companies. The program brings together technology, talent and money.

More than 80 startups are already part of our High Tech Campus ecosystem. And now, we’re expanding our startup and scaleup facilities to further develop the best high tech ecosystem in Europe.
