> Drive yield improvement using statistical data analysis, SPC, DOE, and root-cause methodologies;
> Analyze production data to identify trends, variations, and improvement opportunities;
> Set up, qualify, and optimize processes in customer fab environments;
> Define and control process windows, KPIs, and quality metrics;
> Own process documentation, work instructions, control plans, and qualification reports;
> Support tool and module qualification, ramp-up, and volume manufacturing readiness;
> Act as a key technical interface to customers, providing hands-on support and clear communication;
> Collaborate closely with R&D, applications, and engineering teams to close the loop between development and production;
> Contribute to scaling SCIL’s production maturity as the company grows from startup to scale-up;
> Occasional international travel to customers and manufacturing sites is part of the role.
