The team behind our Service Desk is ready to assist HTCE residents with any questions, reports, or complaints.

For urgent reports, please call +31 (0)40 23 05 600. This number applies to the HTCE multi-tenant buildings (HTC 1, 5, 6, 8, 18, 21, 25, 27, 29, 31, 32, 37, 41, 42, 68, 69, 83, 84, 85, 91), as well as the parking garages and site maintenance.

Facilitor

For questions, reports, or complaints regarding the HTCE buildings, parking garages, and grounds, a Facilitor account is required. To request an account, please email services@hightechcampus.com.

The Facilitor app can also be downloaded via the Apple Store or Google Play Store. This easy-to-use tool allows you to report inquiries quickly and track the progress of your work order. Facilitor provides 24-hour visibility of your work order.

If you wish to apply for a work permit, please visit the HTCE Facilitor and register with your email address and password.

Royal Philips Buildings
For Philips buildings (HTC 2, 3, 4, 11, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 42, 51, 52, 61), the Facility Management urgent report number is +31 (0)85 06 43 950. Please only call this number in case of emergencies that require immediate action. Facility requests can be submitted via the Corrigo Platform: Corrigo Facilities Management (Philips employees are pre-registered).
