Parking & Mobility

High Tech Campus Eindhoven offers extensive and flexible parking facilities across the entire Campus. With multiple parking garages and outdoor parking lots, visitors and residents can easily find a convenient parking spot close to their destination.

In total, the Campus provides:

  • 2 outdoor parking lots
  • 9 parking garages
  • 6,000 parking spaces
  • 200 electric charging points

If residents or visitors need to temporarily park in front of a building for loading/unloading, they can contact Campus Security via one of the intercoms on the terrain to request access.

We approach mobility with a sustainable mindset. Across the Campus, 200 electric vehicle charging points are available in various parking garages, allowing visitors and residents to conveniently charge their vehicles during their stay.

In addition, all bicycle parking areas within the parking garages are equipped with charging facilities for electric bikes and (motor)scooters.

High Tech Campus Eindhoven encourages residents and visitors from the Brainport region to travel to campus by bike.

There are numerous bicycle racks available across the campus, both inside the parking garages and in front of buildings, where you can safely park your bike.

Prefer shared mobility? You can also rent an electric bicycle or e-scooter via the available shared mobility apps, or use a carpooling app to share rides with colleagues or other visitors travelling to High Tech Campus Eindhoven.

Carpooling is possible with the Swidgapp; a initiative together with Brainport Bereikbaar. With the app, you can connect exclusively with colleagues from the HTCE community who are also ready to start carpooling. The app helps you find the right match and easily coordinate where and when to meet up.

Register via this link. Download the Swidgapp from the Apple Store or Google Play, Match and Ride by following the instructions.

High Tech Campus Eindhoven can be reached by direct bus connections from Eindhoven Central Station, with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes. You can take bus line 407 or 408 directly to High Tech Campus Eindhoven. Plan your journey via 9292.nl (international travel planner).

There are five bus stops located across the Campus. Please refer to the Campus map to find the bus stop closest to your destination.

People with disabilities can use the designated disabled parking spaces available across High Tech Campus Eindhoven, including spaces near buildings and in parking garages.

In addition to the parking garages, the Campus also has parking spaces within the road network inside the Campus ring road, which is designated as a low-traffic zone. Cars need special permission to enter or park in this zone. This also applies to residents with disabilities who wish to park closer to their building.

Applying for a disabled parking space (residents)

Residents may apply for a disabled parking space near their office building if they have a declaration from their company doctor. The space can be granted for either a short fixed period or a longer period, depending on the advice of the company doctor.

To request a space, the resident’s manager must send the request and the company doctor’s declaration to Campus Security at hoofdbeveiliging.security@hightechcampus.com, clearly stating outside which Campus building the space is required.

If approved, Security will:

  • Update the resident’s badge to grant access to the low-traffic zone
  • Issue authorization allowing them to use the disabled parking space

For temporary situations, residents may use the general disabled parking spaces available near the buildings.

Long-term parking

Parking on Campus is normally limited to 24 hours. If longer parking is required, residents should contact Security at +31 (0)40 23 05 441 to arrange permission.

Access & Security

The Campus badge (an electronic smart card) is the key to your workspace at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. Residents carry a photo Campus badge, which provides access to selected buildings on Campus. A badge is not required for public areas such as restaurants, shops, and the Conference Center at The Strip.

The application or renewal of a badge is initiated by the assistant or secretary of your company. Once ready, the badge can be collected at the HTCE Badge Office (located in building HTC 6).

If you lose your Campus badge or any other belongings, please report this to Campus Security as soon as possible. It is possible that someone has already found the item and handed it in.

If you find items of value, please also report this to Security. You can hand the items in, where they will be kept safely until they are claimed.

To report a lost or found item, please call +31 (0)40 23 05 441 or visit the Security Office (HTC 47a).

High Tech Campus Eindhoven is accessible during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 06:30 – 23:00
Saturday – Sunday : 08:00 – 17:00

Outside these hours, access to Campus buildings may be possible with a valid Campus badge, depending on the access rights assigned to you or your company.

In case of an emergency, please call +31 (0)40 23 05 444. This number is available 24/7 and connects you directly to the Campus Security, which has direct contact with the fire brigade, ambulances, police, and other emergency services.

Please do not call 112, as this bypasses the emergency coordination on High Tech Campus Eindhoven. If Security is not informed, they cannot guide external emergency services to the correct location, which may cause delays.

Any accident or incident that cannot immediately be brought under control must be reported to this emergency number.

In case of an evacuation, the order may be given by Security, the Emergency Response Team (BHV), or the Fire Brigade. Such instructions must always be followed immediately. Do not use elevators during an evacuation or fire alarm.

Please follow the instructions shown on the emergency charts displayed throughout your building and make sure you are familiar with the evacuation routes and emergency provisions in your building.

Events & Social Activities

To promote your event on High Tech Campus Eindhoven, you can submit it to the Campus events calendar. Ideally, the event should take place on the HTCE grounds. If it does not, please explain in your submission why it may still be relevant to the Campus community. Once approved, the event will be published on the website and will automatically appear on the TV screens around Campus.

You can also increase the visibility of your event via the digital screens located in multi-tenant buildings and restaurants across the Campus. To display your event, send a PDF (16:9 format) or JPG (1360 × 768 pixels) to marcom@hightechcampus.com. A short, soundless video (maximum 20 seconds) is also accepted.

If you would like to organize physical or pop-up promotion, please contact marcom@hightechcampus.com with your ideas for approval. Please note that flyering is not recommended, as it is not a sustainable way to promote your event. Using the Campus digital channels is the preferred option.

High Tech Campus Eindhoven offers several event and meeting locations across the Campus, ranging from small meeting rooms to larger event spaces suitable for presentations, workshops, and conferences. Many of these venues are located at The Strip and in our Conference Center.

For catering requests or banqueting options, you can contact Eurest via saleshtc@compass-group.nl.

Outdoor activities such as BBQs are allowed on High Tech Campus Eindhoven, but several rules apply to ensure safety and to minimize disturbance for other Campus residents.

BBQs may only take place at designated barbecue locations, and the barbecue must be placed at least 10 meters away from Campus buildings on a stable surface. The designated locations can be checked with the HTCE Service Desk. Always consider the surroundings, such as bushes, trees, furniture, or sunshades, and be aware of smoke drifting toward buildings, as this may trigger fire alarms.

For safety, keep a bucket of water or a suitable fire extinguisher nearby, do not leave the barbecue unattended, and ensure that hot coals are not disposed of in trash cans. Charcoal, gas, and electric barbecues must all be used carefully and according to safety guidelines. At the end of the activity, the area must be cleaned up and waste disposed of properly.

BBQ activities should also take other Campus residents into account, and weather conditions (such as strong wind or code orange/red) may override permission to organize a BBQ. The organizer is responsible for any damage caused.

Before organizing a BBQ, please inform Campus Security via meldpunt.security@hightechcampus.com. If you have questions or doubts, you can contact Security at +31 (0)40 23 05 441. In case of an emergency, call +31 (0)40 23 05 444.

If needed, BBQ staff, supplies, and food can be arranged through Eurest via saleshtc@compass-group.nl.
