SPS Postal Service
SPS is located above AH To Go at The Strip. At the desk, employees of High Tech Campus Eindhoven can ask questions about their mail and parcels. They can also submit requests for various logistics activities performed by SPS.
Mailroom services
All incoming mail for each building is delivered to the central mailroom of High Tech Campus, located at HTC 29. After the required sorting, the mail is delivered daily to its destination at HTCE and placed in a so-called central pigeonhole, which is located near the entrance of each building. Mail is delivered and picked up at the same time once each day between 13:00 – 15:00 by the SPS team. All mail will be franked 2nd class by default unless indicated otherwise by the sender. Registered mail must be signed for by the recipient and registered postal items are collected from a central point (reception). A copy of the signed document will be retained for auditing purposes. If desired, SPS can manage your PO boxes, international business reply service number, mailings, “bring and deliver services” and franking.

Logistic services
The logistics services at HTCE are managed and provided by SPS. All mail and parcels are received at HTC 29 and further distributed across HTCE. SPS receives and registers the goods, which are normally delivered within 8 hours to the SPS Smart Locker or your indicated work location. With this service, campus traffic can be kept to a minimum, and you do not need to be distracted by every transport driver, allowing you to remain focused on your own tasks. Outgoing goods can be picked up daily before 15:30 to be shipped. If desired, SPS can assist with packaging and will arrive at your location to pick up the goods as quickly as possible. In most cases, the goods can then be shipped the same day. For all businesses located on campus, SPS can offer Express products with a competitive group discount, without any minimum volumes or a courier account required. At the SPS facility, there are daily end-of-day pick-ups by all major courier companies. Please note that SPS can customize its services according to your wishes to ensure your goods are delivered and transported in the safest possible manner.
Service desk HTC 1c
SPS welcomes you at the service desk at HTC 1c. The service desk is located on the first floor and is freely accessible to everyone. At the desk, employees of HTCE can ask questions about their mail and parcels and make requests for various logistics activities performed by SPS. If requested before 11:00 by email via parcelrequest@hightechcampus.com, HTCE employees can collect incoming parcels (< 20 kg) themselves at HTC 1c during the opening hours of the service desk. SPS will ensure that your parcel is available for pick-up at the service desk the same day after 12:00 p.m. Employees from HTCE can also hand in their parcels and letters for sending by mail or Express. The service desk is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:30.
Intelligent Parcel Delivery Lockers
At High Tech Campus, there are 20 buildings equipped with SPS Smart Lockers. These lockers are intended for the delivery of parcels to HTCE tenants. To receive parcels in these Smart Lockers, you do not need to register or download an app. The only requirement is that the SPS team has your email address so they can send you the notification email. Eindhoven Courier Service
For delivering important documents and goods in Eindhoven, you can use the SPS courier services. The Eindhoven courier service is available Monday through Friday from 09:30 – 11:00 and 14:30 – 16:30.
Forklift and Transport Vehicle assistance
Some goods require extra attention and/or customized packaging. These may include extremely heavy goods, goods with large dimensions, or goods that need to be transported securely. For these purposes, SPS has a forklift and a truck available. The truck can be used within the Eindhoven region. The forklift and truck assistance services are available Monday through Friday from 08:00 – 16:30.
Additional services
On-site services include print and reprographics, courier services, online courier management, archiving, online record management, document scanning, and a digital mailroom. For detailed information about logistics services, please contact your HTCE contact person or your local SPS representative.
