Subsidiary Tier1 Tech Talent is a consultancy to connect Dutch startups and scale-ups to investor, partner and distribution networks in the American Midwest. As a tech talent management firm, Tier1 provides consulting, marcom and other services.

Terry and Cheryl Boyd are co-founders and co-CEOs of Dispatches Media. Kentucky natives, the Boyds have lived in Turkey, Germany and the Netherlands, where they launched Dispatches Europe in 2016.
