Using the decision procedure above, you can judge for yourself whether an incident should be reported to CVM. If in doubt, be sure to report the incident.
In accordance with the environmental permit, CVM must record virtually every environmental incident that occurs at HTCE. To that end, your help is necessary and HTCE residents are required to report environmental incidents to CVM. Examples of environmental incidents include oil, gas and refrigerant leaks, as well as noise, vibration, light and odor "nuisances."
