We are developing systems for identifying friend or foe related to drone technology. Our mission is to develop innovative solutions in drones and security systems that strengthen European resilience and technological independence.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CEO with a strong network in the Dutch defence ecosystem, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ambition to build and scale a high-impact startup from the ground up.

About the Role

As CEO, you will lead the commercial and strategic direction of the company. You will work closely with the technical founding team to transform innovative technology into scalable defence solutions for the European and NATO markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about innovation in defence and autonomous systems.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap.
  • Build relationships with defence organizations, industry partners, investors, and government stakeholders in the Netherlands and Europe.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and support grant and innovation applications.
  • Identify commercial opportunities within defence, security, and dual-use markets.
  • Help shape partnerships with large industrial players and ecosystem partners.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong network within the Dutch defence and security ecosystem.
  • Experience or strong interest in defence technologies, drones or autonomous systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a company from an early stage.
  • Team-oriented mentality with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with defence procurement, NATO-related projects, or government stakeholders.
  • Fundraising or investor relations experience.
