Co-Founder / Chief Business Officer

Econovasolu is developing engineered mineral-based absorbent materials to improve how oil, fuel, and fat spills are handled in industrial and environmental settings.

In many real-world situations, these spills are still managed through multi-step processes that are time-consuming, operationally inefficient, and often create secondary waste. Our focus is on improving early-stage control, where speed, safety, and simplicity matter most.

We have developed three stable product lines and validated the core concept at small scale. Our current focus is to establish a pilot production line in the Netherlands and begin building traction in EU markets.

We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Co-Founder / CBO to build the commercial side of the company from the ground up and turn validated technology into real industrial traction.

What you will do:

• Build Econovasolu’s first commercial traction in EU markets
• Develop distribution channels and industrial partnerships
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy

Lead early market entry in:

• waste management
• industrial cleaning
• oil & gas
• Work directly with early users to identify where this solution creates the most value

Who you are:

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are comfortable working in an early-stage environment
• You can move between strategy and execution
• You are motivated to build something long-term and take ownership

You bring experience in at least one of the following:

• Industrial B2B (materials, chemicals, environmental services)
• Cleantech or deep-tech commercialization
• Waste management, spill response, or remediation sectors
