Introducing CUREON: MedTech & BioTech Innovation Center at HTC 11
CUREON is born! Meet the new MedTech & BioTech Innovation Center in building HTC 11. The choice of this location is no coincidence: Brainport Eindhoven is the beating heart of healthcare innovation in the Netherlands. More than just providing labs, cleanrooms, and offices, this center connects companies directly to a thriving ecosystem.
The name of the innovation center was unveiled by Martijn van Gruijthuijsen, Provincial Executive Member of North Brabant for Economy, Knowledge and Talent Development.
CUREON reflects both energy and progress: CURE for healing, and ON for turning innovation, collaboration, and the future of healthcare ON.
The spirit of collaboration was made tangible on stage when Bart Sanders, CEO & Founder of STENTiT, and Jan Rietsema, Director of Smart BioMaterials Center (SBMC), sealed the deal with STENTiT officially becoming the first user of the brand new SBMC cleanroom.
We would like to warmly thank Naomie Verstraeten and Quirine Verstappen (Brainport Development) as well as Brigit van Dijk – van de Reijt (BOM (Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij) for their important role in bringing CUREON to life.
